Silvia Morigi
acting in english & conversation in english
Read the bio
Caterina, Susan, Giulia... but also Silvia Morigi, your 'Acting in English' trainer.
I was born in Rome and graduated with honours in Law, but acting has always been my passion. I flew to New York to understand its different aspects and completed my studies at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. I never stopped, continuing to train over the following years with various coaches, including Sean Folster, a direct student of Larry Moss at the Folster Studio.
Between twists, paths and the desire to emerge, I have worked in theatre and film, making my film debut in the States with After Class, the third feature by director Dan Schechter, alongside Justin Long, Fran Drescher, Richard Schiff and Lynn Cohen.
In 2019 I was cast in the leading role in two off-Broadway plays: You Love That I’m Not Your Wife by Joanne Mosconi Piano and The Lasagna Stands Alone by Annie Lanzillotto.
I currently live in Rome, where I work and have fun as an actress and producer in film, theatre and TV, always staying in touch with the international market.
Among my latest appearances: the horror film ILL by Lorenzo Zanoni; on Rai TV, Don Matteo 13; on Netflix, Generazione 56K and several short films including SUNSHINE, currently on the festival circuit, for which I have been awarded Best Actress several times.
I recently took part in a few short films: BAILABAMBA (2020) with Massimiliano Bruno, winner, among others, of the Strasberg Film Festival in New York and awarded Best Cast at the Venice Short Film Festival.
COME MI AVETE CHIAMATO (2022), directed by A. Walts and starring Roberto Ciufoli.
IL TRENO SPECIALE with Franco Ferrante, in post-production.
Together with my brothers Valerio and Fabrizio I founded Mob Studios in Rome, a cross-disciplinary container for artistic productions in music and acting. Simply my world...

Valerio Morigi
acting
Read the bio
Valerio Morigi was born in Rome and, after finishing high school, graduated in Law; his path, however, was another, so he enrolled at the Accademia Nazionale di Teatro Circo a Vapore (now A.I.T.), where he graduated as an actor.
Theatre, therefore, was his first home.
How did he start acting? He told it in an interview with Davide Maggio: “A bit for fun, as a joke, as a kid. When I finished high school I ended up taking part in a company's show and saw that it was interesting. It was all a bit random, but once I set foot on the boards of a theatre stage I never took them off… I went to an academy and then I was lucky enough to start working right away. I started for fun and it continues to be fun even now that it's a job”.
Among the various productions he has taken part in: Rio Connection, Barbarians, Our Wonderful Years, Tutta Colpa Di Freud, Ghiaccio, Presto farà Giorno, I Borgia and others… some Italian, others international, working with directors of the calibre of Mauro Lima, Mira Thiel, Rolando Ravello, Citto Maselli, Barbara Eder, Giancarlo Sepe, Angelo Longoni, Rodrigo Cerqueira, Luciano Melchionna, Giuseppe Ferlito, Christoph Schrewe, Stefano Sollima…
In 2014 he founded his first “school project” together with Angelo Longoni. The project, called Action Pro, went on successfully until the two decided to go their separate ways and Valerio decided to open the Actor's Gym and call it ActorsGym.
In 2017 Mob Studios was born, created by Valerio together with his brother Fabrizio and his sister Silvia: a place that brings together the arts of Music, Film and Theatre: from training talents to the production and post-production of short and feature films, from hosting rehearsals to staging concert tours and events, from recording songs and albums to audiobooks, dubbing, voice over…
Mob Studios is also the home of ActorsGym.

Giorgia Sinicorni
meisner technique

“I think you should take your job seriously but not yourself. That is the best combination.”
Dame Judi Dench
Many of you already know me; for the others, let me introduce myself.
I'm Giorgia Sinicorni, trainer to my friends at Actors Gym Roma, where I teach the Meisner technique...
I have a degree in Communication Sciences, with a thesis on the semiotics of new technologies in contemporary performance.
I have worked as a stage, film and television actress in Italy and abroad for 20 years.
I have collaborated with many personalities such as: Gabriele Lavia, Pupi Avati, Gianluca Tavarelli, Beniamino Catena, Marc Fitoussi.
Since 2016 I have had a regular role in the French sci-fi series “Missions”.
For two years I have been touring with the comic/political show “Comment Epouser un Milliardaire”.
I studied acting at the age of 16 with Claudia Negrin in Milan, later graduating from the Scuola di Teatro Colli in Bologna... always searching for a systematic and effective working method, “attending” the Strasberg technique for a long time.
In 2016, thanks to the fundamental meeting with Tom Radcliffe, I discovered the Meisner technique: from that moment it was love at first sight with this method. Assisting in the organisation of his courses and training with him as a teacher, I keep training constantly, always looking for new stimuli.

Marius Bizau
acting on camera
Read the bio
Maybe you have seen me play a character in a TV series or act in a few films.
But few people know who I really am, what I did to get where I am today, the journeys, the commitment and energy spent, the defeats and the successes...
I was born in Cluj-Napoca in Romania, grew up between Timisoara – on the border with Hungary and Serbia – and Pildesti, in Romanian Moldavia.
At 15 I moved to Rome, a “gigantic” city very different from mine, which spoke a language I had to learn quickly.
After about 3 years of muteness, I began to accept the possibility that Italy could be my home.
A high school teacher made me fall in love with acting. I decided to audition for the Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica Silvio D'Amico, my first audition, “suitable”. My career started from the basics, from classical Shakespearean texts in Italian, then moved on to British authors, at the National Theatre in London, in English.
Over the years I developed a real passion, focusing above all on acting in front of the camera, working both in Italy and abroad with artists of the calibre of Giancarlo Giannini, Francesca Archibugi, Cinzia Th Torrini, Luca Barbareschi, Antonio Albanese, Paul Haggis, Christopher Lambert, John Cassar, Oskar Tor Axelsson.
I have worked with great minds and international artists: what helped me most was gathering the nuances and details, stealing a little from everything I saw.
Thanks to this, I have taken part in numerous projects such as: Romanzo Famigliare, I topi, Squadra Antimafia, Pietro Mennea, Third Person, Sanctuary, The Medici.
